GARETH ROSSI
Q: ‘What was your reason for choosing the profession you are in today?’
Answer: I always had a passion for sport. When my interest in health and fitness started to grow, the industry was quite young. Over the years my passion for personal training continued to grow and is still growing to this day.

Gareth is the owner of Gravity Fitness. He is a qualified Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach (NSCA-CPT US), I.R.B Level 2 Conditioning Coach, Training for Warriors Level 2 Instructor, FMS Certified Level 2, CFSC (US) and has a Diploma in Remedial Therapy (NSRT). Gareth has lectured Physiotherapy students in UCD on Sports Massage Therapy.
Gareth has 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry. He is a Complete Fitness Professional. He has extensive experience and knowledge in fitness, nutrition coaching and programming. Gareth started his journey going from home to home taking clients for personal training and also working with Leinster Rugby. He then moved on to work alongside Mark McCabe for 4 years in Sports Med Ireland. After leaving there is 2012 Gareth was always building towards opening a new state of the art personal coaching gym which is now known as Gravity Fitness.
Gareth travelled with the Ireland Olympic Star Sailing Team to the Bacardi Cup 2012 as head masseur and the Emerging Ireland Rugby Team to the Tbilisi Cup, Georgia 2013. Gareth has also worked with various other international teams. Currently, Gareth is the head masseur for the Men’s Ireland U 20 and Women’s 7’s and 15’s Rugby Teams. He has also works with various Paralympic and modern pentathletes who went to their respective Olympic games in Rio 2016.
Gareth has represented Ireland at U19/21 level in rugby and has 37 caps and 16 tries for the Ireland Men’s Touch Rugby Team. He was also an All-Ireland sprint champion at underage level in schools and club athletics.
