CLAIRE BRADY

Q: ‘What was your reason for choosing the profession you are in today?’

Throughout my sporting career in athletics I experienced all the highs and lows that high performance sport has to offer and these experiences have lead me to a career that would have a long lasting effect on individuals health and wellness. As a tutor and educator for the Personal Training industry it is very important to me to practise what I preach.

Q: ‘What excites you most everyday about your job now’?

I wanted to work in an a career that worked to provide individuals with practical methods to achieve their own fitness goals, based on scientific evidence. Once given the tools, having the knowledge, determination and support, their goals take care of themselves.
