As a member we offer a monthly assessments using our Inbody composition analyser machine which measures weight, muscle mass, water content, body fat and many more things.

Semi-private group and 1 to 1 training are programmed monthly and can be tailored for your needs. Recent research says people who train in small groups achieve more results.

Nutrition coaching is also paramount in achieving your goals. We help you change your eating habits which in turn improves your food choices to help you achieve the results you have always wanted.
