As a member we offer a 6 weekly assessments using our Inbody analyst machine which measures weight, muscle mass, water content, body fat and many more things.

Semi-private group training is programmed monthly and can be tailored for your needs. Recent research says people who train in small groups achieve more results.  Nutrition coaching is paramount in achieving your goals. We do this on a weekly basis tailoring it for the clients needs.
